Dustin has served as the Rhinelander Police Department’s chaplain since January of 2017. He is a member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains and Foursquare Chaplains International. He has served in a chaplain capacity for the Rhinelander Police Department, Oneida County Sheriff Department, and the U.S. Forest Service.
